Master Bathroom

1. Clean the toilet and toilet roll holder.
2. Clean the shower, including the walls, floor, shelves, and fixtures.
3. If there is one, clean and sanitize the tub in and out.
4. Clean and polish the counters, sinks, fixtures and mirror(s).
5. Spot clean the drawer faces and outside of cabinet doors.
6. Empty trash if desired by the owner. 
7. Clean the floor, including vacuuming the closet if it is connected to the bathroom.

All guest bathrooms

1. Clean the toilet and toilet roll holder.

Master bedroom

1. Empty trash if appropriate.
2. Dust all surfaces that might attract dust.
3. Dust wall hangings if they are very secure.
4. Vacuum carpet or vacuum hard floor and mop. 

Guest bedrooms

1. Empty trash if appropriate.
2. Dust all surfaces that will attract dust.
3. Dust wall hangings are very secure.
4. Vacuum carpet or vacuum hard floor and mop.

Living room, offices, family room, sitting room, dining room, etc

1. Empty trash if appropriate.
2. Dust all surfaces that might attract dust.
3. Dust wall hangings, if very secure.
4. Arrange magazines and pillows to look tidy.
5. Vacuum the carpet or vacuum the hard floor and mop. 

Laundry Area

1. Clean the counter
2. Clean the sink if any.
3. Clean the top of the washer and dryer.
4. Clean the floor.

Kitchen

1. Empty trash if appropriate.
2. Clean the microwave in and out.
3. Clean the stove top, temperature knobs and temperature knob face/surface.
4. Clean the outside of the oven doors
5. Clean the outside of the refrigerator doors.
6. Clean the outside of the dishwasher and the inside rim of the dishwasher.
7. Pull out all items on the counter top and wipe them down. 
8. Clean the counter and splash guard where the counter items were sitting. 
9. Put the counter top items back and then clean and sanitize the rest of the counter top.
10. Clean the sink and sink fixtures.
11. Broom-sweep the area under the bottom cabinets to move debris where it will be removed.
12. Vacuum or sweep the floor clean and then mop the floor.
